Shrimp Tacos with homemade guacamole

Happy Wednesday! :) I am pushing through the week. Today was beautiful with the sun out, my sister and I took my son to the park. We raced on the basketball court over and over again. It's his new favorite thing to do now and we love to watch him run. He clenches his fists and has his elbows up. It's the cutest thing ever. Now I need a nap but I'd rather blog instead.  Sometimes making a homemade dinner is challenging. Especially when you don't have a whole lot of time or you are just exhausted from your day or week, you want something quick, easy, and good for you! One thing we can always agree on are shrimp tacos. Plus my two year old Lennon loves shrimp and guacamole so why not marry them together in a meal! YES HOMEMADE GUAC!!!! Hi everyone :) I am so excited to share with you more about my daily inspirations and recipes. January was such a time for me to regroup and get my life together as everyone was starting their new years' resolutions, I was still figuring out mine. I was so overwhelmed thinking about graduating, starting a job again and potty training, and everything else I needed to balance. Now I can finally breathe because I WILL be graduating from USF in December! It's been such a journey and it is scary to know that I am almost to that finish line. Now February is my month to start fresh with a new semester, working again, getting organized, and get moving! This blog has always been on my mind for a while now. I read blogs from others that have inspired my days whether it were recipes, fashion, or mommy stories. That is what I hope you get when you come to my blog, just a little inspiration.
